Each of these children deserve to hear their voices heard and have access to services. Eventually, these same children grow up and enter into the world as your doctor or your policeman, or your neighbor.
Hello, I’m Armando!
When I was a child, I was diagnosed with verbal dyspraxia and autism spectrum disorder. Doctors told my parents that I would never learn how to speak and that my parents should begin teaching me American Sign Language if they ever planned to communicate with me.
Now, I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a mission to build awareness about autism and honor all those brave enough to share their stories of living with autism.
